Prayer at Home
At St John Fisher School, pupils have opportunities to pray in a variety of ways. From daily prayers shared as a class to quiet reflective prayer time. From traditional prayers to those composed by the children themselves.
To support our families in praying together, we will share a weekly 'Prayer at Home.' This will include prayer, reflection, questions and ideas on a weekly theme, based on the liturgical year or a specific event of interest. We hope that this will provide a framework for continued spiritual development within a family setting.
These prayers are written by school leaders, RE leaders and chaplains from within ASCAT schools. They are emailed to parents each week and can also be accessed via this page.

In addition to this, a link to the Wednesday Word can be found on our newsletter. This is a way to share Sunday's Gospel with families, and provide further pause for thought.
